So I've been work out and trying my best to lose weight and improve my
fitness. My abs are my problem area and they haven't changed much regardless
of how much I work out and change my diet up. So today I flipped through a
book titled The Abs Diet and learned a few things so I purchased it.
I'll be trying the advice it offers for the next 6 weeks and see if I can
improve my fitness in that area! So be back in a few weeks!
