I'm starting my second week on a herbal metabolism booster supplement from Canyon World Quest known as X-Treme N.R.G. So far it has worked extremely well. I have one tablet at breakfast and one at lunch and they increase my energy without making me ill to my stomach like some others have before. I'm able to feel good and exercise well in the evening.

Fat Loss & Unwanted Pounds

Combined with exercise I've been able to diet effectively for the past 10 days. I'm new to dieting so being able to eat better for even a week is a big accomplishment. I give a good deal of the credit to the X-Treme N.R.G. pill for suppressing any urges to eat bad I would usually have. I'm not bothered at work by cravings to snack or anything.

Appetite Control 2005

There is another all natural herbal supplement I'm interesting in trying from Canyon World Quest known as Appetite Control 2005. It uses the Hoodia Gordonii appetite suppressant that is stimulant free and doesn't give you the shakes. This is important to me because I need something that I can use in the evenings.

All in all I've enjoyed using these supplements so far. Hopefully I can report back that they helped me get back to my desired weight and fitness level.
