New-Whey Liquid Protein

I've been taking New-Whey liquid protein a few times a week. I first saw the product in it's giant test tube over at Smoothie King so I picked it up and read the label. Suprisingly unlike other protein I've taken in the past it wasn't terrible.

From what I've read getting protein from Whey protein is good for you. Unlike protein bars, shakes and other things they come out with this liquid isn't bad. A couple of large sips and you get 84% of your daily value in protein. That's not bad to someone like me and really helps me supplement my diet.

Energy Boost

I haven't figured out why but once I take the protein shake/shot I get a rush of energy. Unlike anything else I ever took before even though it's supposed to be all protein.

Good Tasting Protein

The stuff actually tastes really good. Sort of like Jello. It's far better than protein powder which is so disgusting I can't even stand it.
