November 29, 2005I love Christmas and the fun that you get from spending time with family but I really can't stand seasonal shopping and the pain in the butt that comes with it. November 26, 2005 LSU fans are upset because we only finished 10-1 in 2005 regular season. Should LSU fire Les Miles? November 13, 2005 I think this year watching the WSOP I'm more of a fan of the commercials. I even rambled a little about the World Series of Poker and they're crazy commercials. November 13, 2005 Well I lost the bet but LSU won the game! I can live with that but I can't live with the lousy calls that were made by the officiating crew. Oh well we won and its on the the SEC championship. Aggressive Internet Spiders have become a pain in the ass lately. November 12, 2005 Its game day baby! I'm sitting around watching SC and Florida play and setting up my online poker accounts for Poker Stars. I've finally had enough of driving down to the Casino to play so I'm going to give it a shot. It'll be so sweet if I can chill and play instead of being in the dirty ole casino. Jerry's Online Poker Play November 11, 2005 Holy hell its been a really long time since I posted here. I've been working my butt off lately and really haven't had the time to think about personal web stuff. Well its Friday and I'm a little bored so I figured I'd write up my LSU Vs. Alabama prediction for tomorrow. October 27, 2005 Maybe its in the weather but I've had alot of time at night to write about various things. Tonight I've been playing with Blogger in my recent exploration of social networking tools. October's been a fairly busy month. The LSU Tiger football team has been playing "ok" but winning so who's complaining. I've been working my butt off and I'm about to get back into C++ programming again so I'll probably be doing alot of experimentation there. Throw in a few nights of poker, a few workouts and time with the GF and I"m totally out of time. Happy Halloween. Oh and did I mention that I stayed up all night watching a movie called Santa's Slay. Halloween movie TV rules. October 25, 2005 I cooked BBQ Ribs Monday night. Unfortunately you can't find a decent rib recipe online so I wrote up what I did. it came out well. October 14, 2005 So whats the deal with myspace?. October 13, 2005 I'll be posting LSU Tailgating LSU tailgating stuff after the game this weekend against Florida. October 10, 2005 I wrote a little about the Serenity Movie I went and saw lastnight. It was my kind of show and I think that the gauge of popular opinion will be whether or not this show comes back as a continued series. This cool weather rocks in the evening for sitting out and writing October 9, 2005 Yahoo rocks. I've been trying to get them to list my site in their directory for probably a year and they finally did. No huge deal as its just a personal homepage link but it felt good to know they finally did it. I need a new hobby now as I think I've given up poker. I can't bring myself to get back in there as its become too boring. More like work and less like fun. It makes money but I have a job for that. If I wanted to make more money for fun I'd concentrate more on work.(which I can't as it consumes most of my time already) Maybe I'll get into jiu-jitsu? PERL vs. PHP October 6, 2005 Well I finished the month of September +1400 playing poker. I'm starting over tracking for October and hopefully I'll beat that mark.
