Combine spices on a plate and roll the chicken in the mixture coating them well on both sides. Grill chicken on cast iron pot or griddle until cooked through. Top with salsa for more flavor.

4 Boneless chicken breasts.
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 1/4 teaspoon basil

serve with: steamed broccoli, tomatoes, walnuts
