![]() Once again Couture is the underdog. Most of that probably has to do with the destruction of Crocop at the hands of Gonzaga. This should prove to be a very interesting title fight given that both of these guys are willing to go at it. I see this fight being all over the place with a great deal of heavy striking and ground attempts that end up getting broken up by the referee. I wouldn't dare choose a winner in this one but I feel like Randy will win it. Georges St. Pierre vs. Josh Koscheck Koscheck is far too much of an underdog in this fight. They've got St. Pierre at -220 over at Bodog. I personally feel that if Koscheck doesn't get caught and knocked out in the first then he'll win by decision. Kendall Grove vs. Patrick Cote Here's a good fight that should've been on the poster! Both of these guys have a ton of ability. Grove has been on a big stretch of impressive wins. Cote has a tendency to show up hard and sometimes lose by a close decision. I definitely agree Grove deserves to be a big favorite and whether or not this fight absolutely rocks is up to Cote. I definitely wouldn't bet against Grove in this one. The other fights on the card aren't too bad. Clay Guida put on an absolutely awesome fight his last time in. I really believe he deserved to win it. This Marcus Aurelio fellow isn't looking bad in the odds or his record so hopefully we get a good show. Frank Mir is hanging on by a thread in the UFC so hopefully he has gotten it back together. They gave him a guy who looks not too good on paper so they're obviously trying to save him. The last three fights are walks. |
